These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website internationalbusinesslisting.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by International Business Listing (“IBL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or managing your account or listing.

2. Business Listings & User Content

You may submit business listings, images, descriptions, categories, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant IBL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to post the content you submit.
Do not post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, counterfeit, or infringing content.
We may edit, re-categorize, refuse, or remove content that violates these Terms or harms user experience.

3. Plans, Pricing, and Payments

Some features are paid (e.g., featured or premium listings). Prices may change with notice posted on the site.
Billing is handled via secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use (What’s Not Allowed)

Scraping, bulk data extraction, or reverse engineering the Service.
Posting spam, malware, or deceptive promotions.
Impersonation or misrepresentation of your identity or business.
Activities that disrupt, overload, or attempt to bypass security measures.

5. Reviews & Moderation

We may allow users to submit ratings or reviews. We may remove reviews that are abusive, promotional, irrelevant, or violate laws, but we are not obligated to monitor all content.

6. Intellectual Property

The IBL website, branding, design, and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for your User Content and permitted use of the Service, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of listings or third-party information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IBL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable to U.S. operations, the laws of the United States (State of Nebraska), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, the forum will be the competent courts in those jurisdictions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with the “Last updated” date revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
